School Story

Choir...ALLSTATE, thanks to Ms. Long! Hanging out at the smoking patio between classes. Leaving study hall for snack machine run! Snowball fight out back 1977; French Club skit "Saute, Souflee, oh quel a relief, sais y." Alka Seltzer commercial.

What did you want to do or think you were going to do when you finished high school?

Nursing School...move away from home. Then, when I had my kids, I couldn't wait to move back!

What is something you've dreamed of doing, but probably never will. (keep it clean guys)

Sing at the Grand Ole Opry! (I did get to sing at Carnegie Hall, though!)

Favorite place to go?

.anywhere with good friends! Keeneland; UK Homecoming tailgating parties; Lake Barkley; to my hometown, Lanesville, MA

What would be your dream vacation?

Backpacking all over Ireland and Scotland!

WCHS 1976-1977 Mixed Chorus...Anna Long, Director. I loved being in Chorus..we won all-district that year. I still sing. I'm in the deGraffenried Chorale of Logan County and also sing in my church choir. Not everything changes. I'm in the 2nd row, 4th from the left (behind Margo.)
